® Low Fat Milk
® A Banana
® Ice-Cream
® Plain Yoghurt
® Drinking-Chocolate Powder
® Vanilla Essence

Pumpkin Soup
You’ll need;
Ø Some Pumpkin
Ø Several Carrots
Ø A Tomato or two
Ø An Onion
Ø A bit of Basil
Ø Garlic
Ø A handful of Grated Cheese
Ø Enough Cream to suit.
You’ll do;
You know what, I’m not even going to go there; if you need direction to make SOUP you shouldn’t even bother. Generally speaking, boil/cook the veg, mash it all up with a Bamix or similar and add the cream and/or cheese until the consistency agrees with you. Serve with a few chopped spring onions.
